.14 volts could it even boot up?
So I got sick of a few things with Vista Ultimate so I went back to Windows XP and updated to SP3.
I just got done installing all my stuff and now I ran into a problem I am sure its a bug with PC Alert but I never had it on Vista....only bugs I saw was it use to say my "fan" was turning off on my CPU which was because I had a fan blowing against it slowing it just enough to trigger a warning from time to time.
This is a error on voltage which scares me but all 4 GB of ram are registered and CPU seems stable. I never had this issue on Vista which is why I am not to worried.

I dunno what the .14 volt is for I couldn't find a help file with the program. Is there another program I can use to ensure this is not a issue? I am keeping my PC booted down till I figure it out.
