Possible PSU issue?

Hello again folks, I started a couple threads a week or two ago pertaining primarily to my new PC that I built. At this point everything is going mostly smooth, going to upgrade to a 4690k within the next week. I do not want to get off topic though, as I am now having a couple strange things happen. Firstly, when I put the system in sleep mode it has yet to stay in sleep mode throughout the night, every morning that I wake up for work it is out of sleep mode. Next, just yesterday for the first time, I had turned it off completely, after which it somehow turned itself back on! Either there is a ghost in my house or something strange is going on here! That being said I will mention that I just made some configuration changes to the power options: Allow Wake Timer: Disabled, Allow Hybrid Sleep: Enabled, also I checked WOL and it is off. I do not know if there are further power configuration settings that I am missing or if by chance this will fix it but if it is not this I wonder if it could have something to do with the PSU. I got the PSU with the following combo off newegg:

I have to get to class, otherwise I would open the tower up and get a model number of the particular PSU. Any input that anyone believes could be helpful is welcome.

Pretty low end power supply, it only has 360W on the 12V rail. Would see about replacing it when you can. Probably not a power supply problem though. Sounds like a power option you changed, some Wake on option.

Out of curiousity, where did you pull that spec from? I believe, according to the sticker on the PSU it is rated at 500W. Needless to say, I will be sure to upgrade it as soon as possible. In your best estimates though, do you think it would be okay if I throw an i5 4690k in with the current build in my sig or will it cause immediate issues?

Its a 500W power supply, but just has 360 on the 12V rail. You should be fine, but if you upgrade your video card get another power supply.

Okay thank you for the feedback. I am going with the i5 first, then I want to utilize the EVGA step-up program and upgrade to a 770 possibly I will make sure to get a new PSU if I decide to do that.
