Possible to use a PDA as a "server" for webcam surveillance?

Record video, automatically send through PDA straight to my desktop wirelessly (same network), and not have to save on PDA?

Will this work?

if you can get windows (assuming windows) to see the pda as a webcam then i would say so... given the appropriate software.
