Possibly the best program ever made for Windows

Tabs for Windows, my dream come true!! I was browsing a forum today and came across a little piece of software that said it lets you put tabs on Windows XP or Vista just like firefox. I downloaded it and it works just like Firefox tabs, even saving a history of closed tabs and uses all the same mouse and keyboard shortcuts. I just figured you all should want to try it out, make sure to read the instructions for it to work. The beta is a single exe and then you have to kinda read the instructions to get it working.

Thats kinda cool. Far from the best program ever though, I'd say, or else I'd be downloading it right now

lol, i was exaggerating but if you are always going through your filesystem, this is probably the best time-saving program you can have. It is probably one of the best programs made specifically for enhancing Windows itself without completely replacing explorer with a different filesystem manager.
