Post Issues while overdocking

Often when i restart my computer while overclocked, it has trouble posting and doesn't start off. I then have to kill power to it for about 15 minutes (i just pull the cord in th eback out) in order for the bios to reset. From most tests i've run, everything seems to be stable while overclocked tho.

The system I'm talkin about is listed under my signature. Usually, I set an FSB of 400, leaving my ram @ 800 and cpu @ 2800. Any suggestions as to why my computer fails to post?
 
Sorry. I didn't know where else to put this. I'll try increasing voltages and see if that fixes the problem.

edit: wow. I'm sorry. I already started this thread a few days ago. I thought making this thread was oen of those things i kept meaning to do but never got around to it, when in fact I wrote it and simply forgot. Sorry for making multiple threads.

No. I updated the bios because I saw the current bios i had didn't officially support the e6320. Now, however, I can't overclock whatsoever. Before at least, it would sometimes post. Now it seems like it won't post any kind of overclock I throw at it, regardless of how large or small.
