In various forums I have seen people post the boxes that contain error messages and such that pop up on their computer screens. How do they do that? I often cannot even click inside the boxes to copy the text. I use Vista.
To do a screen shot of just the window itself, its alt-prtscn button. Then go to paint and do ctrl-v to paste it into paint and save the file as jpg. Like the example below.
