Power and Nothing

I'm trying to narrow down the " NO SIGNAL" I'm getting on my monitor. I've checked voltages up to the mobo, all good. I changed out the psu anyway and still NO SIGNAL. The fans don't fire up, the keyboard doesn't light up, the disk drive doesn't recognize a disk in the drawer, the tower ON button is partially lit and is on when I plug it in. Is there any place on the mobo to check the power supply since power gets to the board? I have a need to narrow this down so I can replace parts or go for NEW COMPUTER. Thanks to all!

Have you done anything recently to this machine, I take it that this isn't a new build? Sounds like a bad motherboard or a short somewhere.

Thank you for your input! I purchased a quality madnifying glass and discovered several missing pins on the CPU! After reading some of these articles on NEW BUILDS, I'm inclined to Do Just That! Thanks again!
