Power connectors for USB and PS/2?

I was flipping through my motherboard manual and noticed a page that talks about power connections for the USB and PS/2. Problem is, my PSU doesn't have connectors for these two things. What are they for? The connectors have 3 pins, and consumves +5V.

Sounds like the connectors on your motherboard to attach the wires that power USB and PS/2 ports. USB is universal serial bus and its the common way for information to travel in and out of your computer. PS/2 is the previous generation of mouse and keyboard ports. If I'm right about what your talking about the connections arent on the PSU, there on either the front or back panel of your computer case. So the power wires run from your motherboard to those connections on the case so you can hook up a USB or PS/2 device.

All I found were the USB wires to connect to the headers, but I don't think that's those were power connectors. There was a spare part that looks like an LED thing that I'm not sure what it's for.

Are there extra USB and PS/2 ports on other parts of your computer case other then the back panel?
The only PS/2 setup I have ever dealt with is the ports for a PS/2 mouse and keyboard on the computers back panel. But USB ports on places other then the back panel need to be hard wired to receive power and send information, usually to the headers on the motherboard. The headers will say something like USB 2.0 1 then 2 and so one for each extra usb port or something like that.
