I'm building an Intel Smackover motherboard, i7 920, three dimms of 2GB RAM, a PNY nvidia quadro 370 graphics card rated at 40W, two LG DVD/CD optical drives w/ Labelflash, one WD 3.5" 250GB optical HDD,and a completley encased internal liquid cooling kit (the Domino A.L.C. DM 1000 {for the LGA1366 socket} ), and various mods like cold cathodes etc. I'm gonna be using a Silencer 750W PSU, For anyone with a similar build or any general knowledge does this soun like a sufficiant PSU size? thanks for the help! p.s. If i excede the power will it fry the system or just not work? Thx again :)

It sounds fine
What will be using the computer for?
No it won't fry the system I have an 850watt and I'm not using the full 850Watts.

i just meant if i overload will it fry the system, it's gonna be for gaming/programming/school/graphic design. It's gonna be a 2 19" flatscreen workstation. Thanks for your help though, it's much appreciated.

I don't think it will over load.
If your using over 750watt the computer won't work right.
As far as I know the PNY nvidia quadro 370 graphics card is not made for gaming its more of a buisness use video card for design and what not. (can somone else verify this ?)

The power supply will be more than enough to power that system. Do you have preference to the intel Motherboard? You can get better/ feature rich motherboards that have 6 slots for DDR3 and are more suited for performance. Also you are not going to be able to play games very well on that card so you will have to ask yourself what you will be doing more, Video editing or Gaming. Also I have never heard of a optical hd so if you could show the link that would be great.
