On Newegg.com whats with power supplies stating "compatible with Intel Sandy bridge"

This mean they are not intended for Ivy Bridge?

Or compatible with i3/i5/i7

Seems like marketing crap to me. No?

BTW im thinking about picking up this Power Supply

Looking for the best one around $100 thats modular, will work well with my setup (see signature for current hardware.
Future hardware will be the i5 3570k ivy & GIGABYTE GV-R787OC-2GD Radeon HD 7870

It is only a marketing gimmick. All power supplies are compatible with all processors pretty much. You just need one that is high quality and puts out enough power.
