I have an Ultra Xfinity power supply with a 120mm fan on the bottom of it, while the rear has just a perforated face. My first question is, which way is the fan going to be blowing?

I was thinking that I could make a cut in the top of my case, mount the power supply upside down, and then have the 120mm running with the perforated face out the back, like this...
But, that would leave 1x120 front intake, 1x80 side intake, and 2x80 rear exhaust. Would that situation create adverse pressure?
..or I guess I could do it the easy way and flip the psu fan
... which will create another 120mm exhaust
