Graphic Card:Nvidia Geforce 9400GT
HDD:160gb samsung
Processor:Intel Dual Core E6750 2.66GHz

My power supply watt should be how much? and can recommend any gd power supply around that range of wattage?

You aren't pushing a whole lot. a PSU rated at 350w would suffice, Though I would suggest at least 500 in the event you want to upgrade. Good brands would be corsair, antec, xfx....and that's all I can think of at the moment.

Ok. My computer have a small problem, everytime when i switch on my computer the pc will boot up but my monitor led will keep blink and i have to wait for 10+ mins for it to work.
Another scenario is when i boot up my pc the processor fan will spin awhile and stop and my pc fail to boot up and repeat twice and everything will stop. I have to switch off the pc and wait for like 1 hr and on it again and it will boot normally but i will enter the bios setup(not sure if its call this, its a blue background setup).

I am using Aopen power supply brand supplying max output 350w which i think is a non reliable power supply?
Could it be the power supply problem or am i having the same problem with this guy?

Could either be power supply, video card, or motherboard issue. Borrow a power supply and test it before actually buying one if you can.

Now my computer can boot up,my mouse and keyboard got light and i can hear the sound of entering into the desktop screen but my monitor is still black screen with the led flickering on off.
Anyone have solution?

Please download PC Wizard from my sig.

INstall it, run it and then go to FILE, SAVE AS, and save that text file to your desktop.

Copy the contents out of that file into this thread.

Also, if you can, please post the exact model PSU you have.

Then we can asses it properly. It may simply be a CMOS battery required or the PSU may be failing.

Is this the one you asked me to copy?

The model for my power supply is AO300-08CZ Brand is AOpen

Ok, you don't need anything more than quality 26A on the 12V rail for that system.

26A should be considered the minimum for all PCIe graphics cards, where obviously higher end kit needs more amperage.

The PSU you currently have is rubbish and needs replacing. Don't consider wattage though, its a poor indicator of capability and quality.

I would recommend this power supply unit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371016
