Power Supply Problem?

Hi!

My friend have some problem with his computer. Here is the setup...

-Intel P4 2.8
-Intel 865PERL
-1gb DDR400
-BFG 6800Ultra
-Antec True Power 380 Watts

His problem bascly in gaming! When he play BF2 at High quality and antiliasing X4 he lag. Its playable but its not normal in my opinion. All the drivers are up to date and he use the lastest drivers for his video card (81.95). The BIOS is not up to date but I don't think its the problem. I have a P4 3.0 / eVGA 6800GT / Antec True Power 550 Watts and I play the same graphic configuration without any lag. He have a better score 3dmark score then me and he cant play BF2 like he want. In others game he don't really have any problem.

I'm suprised that 6800U works at all, the PSU he has, while good, is too weak. That it runs at all in 3D mode is a miracle. It may not be the cause of the lag but a new PSU is defiently in order.

I have the drivers that came with BF2 and he have the lastest nvidia drivers. Maybe its the problem.
