Power Supply Requirement for Video Card????

I've looked at this video card:

And from the page, it says:

Minimum System Requirements

• Microsoft Windows XP operating system
  
• PCI Express-compliant motherboard with one vacant PCI Express x16 slot

I am sure my motherboard/computer support all other requirement except for the last point, how will I be able to check whether it has: 450W PCI Express-compliant system power supply with a combined 12V current rating of 30A or more

Look at the label on your power supply. It should tell you the manufacturer, as well as amperage and total wattage.
