power supply

i have the Antec SmartPower 2.0 SP-500 500W

the power supply itself has 2 fans, i just notice today that one fan runs while the other one doesnt

it it still safe to continue using that power supply?

Nothing to worry about. Its suppost to do that. If one kicks out it means it running cool.
