I just bought D-Link DFB-A5 and whenever I stick something in the usb I get that message...It does work though. Any ideas?

It's usually because the ground is not connected properly, or even the negative and positive cables are installed in the wrong direction.then when you click the message it asks you to reset, yeah i get those too with my PC (front USB) , i dunno why it happens... i ignore it sometimes but i need a fix

DO NOT use flash drives if thats the case, as it will destroy the drive. Yes it's happened to me before.
