well i dont think my power switch on my case is working. How would i check this to make sure it is or isnt working?

ive tried a different psu that i know works for sure and its not that. how do i short out the power button headers?

most of user just take a pin (or small wire not high end) and have it touch both positive and negative pins together this should work.
