Power to a custom built Tablet?

Hello Everyone,
I am a newbie and need alittle help. I built my own tablet and now need to power it with li-ion batteries. How so? How to wire it? How to make it rechargable? Any help is appreciated.

Intel D945GCLF2D mini-ITX motherboard

Western Digital Caviar Blue WD3200AAJS 320GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Those are the really only known components so far, a usb monitor will be attached, not vga. Also, a optical drive is unknown.
