powercolor or 7900GTX ?

what would you choose [not SLI] ? I wanna upgrade but don't want to buy 2 cards.....so whats best, the 7900GTX 512MB ? or the POWERCOLOR Radeon X1900XTX 512MB ?
 
The GTX will perform better in some games, the XTX in others (depending on the engine). There isnt a huge difference though. If you look at the supported features the XTX is somewhat better. It also offers somewhat better imagequality due to more advanced AF and FSAA. But the XTX also has a higher level of noise than the GTX which can be a downside for some. :)
 
I would recommend the XTX. But both are good. I also think that SLI is easier than Crossfire but then again, I've never tried to setup a Crossfire machine.

The temps can get high as well for both cards at stock, not recomended for overclocking.
