they're not terrible but they're not the best brand. i don't think their warranties or rebates are too good.

If you want to purchase an AMD card I'd recommend XFX or Sapphire myself.

their products themself are perfectly fine, their support is known to suck though, and chances of a rebate aren't as good as some other companies.

I've never had to use their customer support but I have used some of their products in the past, GeForce 9600 GSO and a Radeon HD 5670 (both for customers) and both products still work fine today.

XFX customer support SUCKS! I RMA'd both my mobo (Gigabyte) and GPU (XFX) because I couldn't tell which one had the issue. But I got quite a run-around with XFX.

Agreed, I used to recommend them, but that was before they trashed the double lifetime warranty. Also before they voided your warranty if you wanted to change the cooler or the thermal paste. I would also avoid Palit and Gainward, they have the same sort of practices, as well as telling you to contact your reseller if you need an RMA, you can't go directly through them.

just saying, about the replacing a cooler voiding warranty, that makes sence if it causes the malfunction, of course when it's an unrelated thing it shouldn't matter, but otherwise it's understandable if replacing it and the person doesn't put past, why should they replace it?

Yes, I especially do not recommend Palit! Had one of their cards in the past, it was a GeForce GT 220, it was horrible. Palit's cooler was very noisy too.
