Hey guys I've had my old computer for a while now and need your help picking out something new.

I did fair amount of reaserch so please let me know what you think about the set up i am thinking of getting. I am not going to list HD size or dvd burner, just the main parts that make computer fast.

MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-M59SLI-S5 Socket AM2
ECU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+(65W) Windsor 2.2GHz Socket AM2
RAM: Kingston HyperX 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 900(PC2 7200)
Video: BFG Tech BFGR88640GTSE GeForce 8800GTS 640MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP
Power: FSP Group (Fortron Source) FX700-GLN ATX12V/ EPS12V 700W Quad. SLi

Let me know if maybe i should use other RAM company or is the mobo i picked good with the ECU and video card?

ALSO:
From my research i am seing that alot of people like the (Intel Core 2 Duo E6600)
I am wondering if it's really that much better of a ECU than the one i am getting?
And what would be the best MOBO,RAM for Intel Core 2 Duo E6600?

Thanks in advance guys!

That RAM will not work at full speed ! or may not work at all!?

AM2 Dual Core X2 DDR2-667 or 800 (PC2-5300 or PC2-6400)

Thanks on RAM correction!

Ok then lets compare pricewise wats better:
athlon 64 x2 5200 am2
or E6600???

And whats one of the best MOBOs for E6600?

what about your MOBO? The one you showed me is cool but a little too expensive with all the expences i have for other parts.
Y do you think one u showed me so good?
Maybe a little cheaper ASUS one or yours will be good too?

Also i heard stock heatsink and cpu fan are not strong enough. wich once would you recomend?

It's a great board, and I'd certainly recommend it. I only mentioned the 680i because you asked for 'one of the best' motherboards.

The stock HSF is fine for mild overclocking. You can usually get at least a 25% overclock without increase the VCore, which is when I would look for an aftermarket HSF. As for an aftermarket HSF, I would recommend the Thermaltake Big Typhoon VX or Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro, depending on the budget (I'm using the former myself).

whats better
athlon 64 x2 5200 am2
or E6400???
If you're planning on overclocking, the E6400 is the clear winner from a price/performance point of view.
