I basically need this stuff:

1. above 2.8 GHz processor
2. dual-core processor
3. 16 GB Memory
4. +500 GB hard-drive
5. Graphics card memory above 1 GB

I purchased Asus N55VX today but the fan is so loud! And the laptop is SO heavy and big :(

I wonder if it would help to swap it for Asus ZenBook UX310UQ i7 ?

Or any other suggestions for laptops?

Swap out the HDD with SSD and it will be a lot quieter. There will be no HDD spin and, thus, less of the fan blowing because the SSD is a lot cooler than a spinning HDD.

Yes, SDD's will be totally silent.

Not really. Hard drives don't really get that hot and don't have their own fans since they don't need them.

A spinning HDD does generate a lot more heat. Is the fan sensor driven when the computer's interior is hot?

It will generate some heat yes but my point is that the main source of noise from a HDD is it actually spinning, not the very small amount of extra work the system fan has to do. You likely wouldn't even notice the difference as far as the fan is concerned. Even HDD's aren't particularly noisy.
