powering up a power supply

does anyone know of a way to make a power supply switch on without having to push the power button on front of the computer? i wanna turn the power supply on to power some random things without powering a whole pc up.

Get the main power plug and connect the green wire with any black one. You need to maintain contact or it will turn off.

the main power plug that connects to the motherboard or the main main power plug coming from the wall?
