Pretty bad problem.

Whenever i start up my computer and log on to my user after about 5 or 6 seconds it restarts unless i bring up the task manager. I've been having problems with an .exe proccess called ccApp.exe and its been taking up most of my temporary memory. I have no clue if that could be whats causing the problem but if anyone has an idea, please let me know.

Are you able to access msconfig? If you are, you can disable ccApp.exe, which i think could be CCleaner.

It may be part of your Norton Antivirus, but if you don't run Norton, you have a problem. I also suggest downloading XoftSpy. Follow the link, run the program and then post a pic of what it finds. Don't buy it until you've had someone take a look at what you've got.

It just happend to be something for norton, but its taking up to much temporary memory so im going to cancle out the prog and just stick with avg for a while. Thanks for the help.
