Prevent other users from changing the wallpaper

Hello everyone,

I just want to know if it is possible to prevent other
users from changing the wallpaper I already set.
Is there any freeware available for this purpose?

If you have XP, then Start/Run gpedit.msc, go to User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Display and enable "Prevent changing wallpaper"

In Win98, you could try creating a DWORD named NoChangingWallpaper with value 1 at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop.
