Preventing net filter from starting

Howdy all,

I am on a work computer, becoming very annoying being unable to visit sites that filter blocks for whatever small reason

(ads, etc). Filter installed is Naomi (http://www.naomifilter.org/).

This program has a folder in Program Files called "rnamfler", which contains:

manual.htm
naofsvc.exe
naomf.exe
radhslib.dll
radprcmp.exe
radprlib.dll
tray.jpg
unims000.dat
stream.rep


When computer on, Task Manager shows naofsvc.exe, naomf.exe and radprcmp.exe running.

I have tried to prevent naomf.exe from starting in MSConfig (which is the only one of these files that is listed), though it

starts anyway.

Can I do anything in Safe Mode? Registry?

Please, the filter must be there for a reason.

Bypassing a filter like that is also illegal so if you please read the forum rules it will state that you will not recieve answers to questions like that on here!
