Prey?

I bought prey 2017 and they want the older prey so I can upgrade but this wasn't an upgrade? They want me to put in the product code of the old prey but when I bought 2017 prey nothing was said about that. This was suppose to be a full version so what am I missing?

Did you have a previous version of Prey installed? Your post is kinda confusing. What does the new software say? Is it an expansion pack possibly?

Did you have the older version installed at any point? As far as I can tell, it shouldn't be asking your for older version key.
