ECS's arn't to hard to over clock....at last on mine it was the difficulty of moving a jumper cap, same with my soyo board.

i dont know about th price though.. 300$ maybe? what size HD and specs?

Besides the CPU, everything else is pretty low-standard. I mean PC2100, ECS mobo, generic PSU, old gfx card...a knowledgable person wouldn't really even consider it unless they just need a e-mail/surfing/homework machine. $300 is very generous.
