AMD 64 2.0GHz processor
ATI Radeon X700 Pro graphics card
512MB of ram(memory, whatever)
Western Digital 40GB HD
regular CD-RW drive (stock i guess)
dial up modem card thing...not sure what its actual name is, lol
450W power supply

mouse and keyboard are there if wanted...i guess you could say they are stock

$250 sounds about right to me. You could probally build that system new for $400-450.
