Pricing Question

ok... I have a custom computer. My friend built it for me. I have a 30gb hard drive and a 190gb hard drive w. 500mb of RAM(i no..its week as shit) w. a CD-RW built in TV tuner and wireless card. I'm looking to seel it on ebay or sumthing. I have no idea how much i should expect to get for it. Please let me know. Also, if I am selling it, what do i need to do to clear out all of my stuff?
 
We know very little about that computer.

Can you tell us what processor or what video card (if it has one) it has?
