PrimoCHILL PC pure has particles floating around?

I have just bought a bottle of PrimoCHIll PC pure. It has good ratings and is suprsingly cheap. But, there are many particles floating around in it, is that supposed to be? The bottle is sealed but looks like it's been sitting there for a bit.

have you put it in your loop yet? or not, because i don't think its supposed to be like that(if you can, return it, distilled water+pt nuke will actually perform better)

Just make sure you add an anti algae and corrosion prohibitor when running distilled water
