what would cause a printer to print out a test page but nothing else? the ip is correct, everything is correct, could this be due to nortons antivirus?
i wouldn't think it'd have anything to do with norton antivirus. Do you mean that when you try to print any document it will just print a test page or do you mean that for some reason it just randomly printed a test page?
