printer prints symbols...

so i am trying to print a document in Word and all i get when it prints is a bunch of random symbols,m letters, and number printed at the top of the page.

help?
 
Uninstall your printer drivers and re-install them. Make sure that they are also for the correct operating system (OS) and up-to-date as well.
