Printer Problem

Hi,

We have a HP 3600 printer that prints off 5 copies when you ask it to just print the one off. It only seems to happen when you either print in publisher or powerpoint. Tryed setting back to the factory defaults, reinstalling printer driver and lots more...

Any ideas??

It may be the bug with high resolution pictures, have a read at this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888185/en-us
