printer problems

New Member
I havea HP 440c ink jet. It will print documents and images, but will not print anything from the web. It will just save the job and not print it. Any Ideas?

first part of troubleshooting is to elimitate software issues. uninstall and reinstall printer software. also check web print settings..hp has some certain software usually u can install for special web printing settings...i perosnally know where the print button is and i dont need software to figure it out...if u dont need it dont use it might be causing some conflicts.

I have a printer question and just joined this forum. My question does not relate to the other printer threads and I want to start a new thread.

Could someone please tell me how to start a new thread.

Check that the settings are correct for printing from the internet, make you you select the HP440c printer not the Microsoft XPS document writer or something.

If that is not right than do indeed reinstall the driver!
