printer/scanner and colors

hi guys, i have a printed postcard i need to make more copies of but i dont have the original file anymore. i was thinking of scanning it, but the process would probably change the colors right? i asked the print service but they cannot match to a color like that, i have to send them the finished file...

help please!

Scanning it would probaby change the colors so I would not recommend it. Why won't your printer accept the file? Thats odd. I guess you will have no choice but to create it again and print it off, trying to match it to the old one.

Hi Miyagi, thanks for the tip. My printer is an online service called print24 and so they dont have a shop I could go into. So I guess Ill just have to try and match it by hand as close as possible then. This might take a while...
