Printer Sharing

Hi,
I need help in adding a printer to shared via 2 direct cable networked pc,s 1 the main is running 2000 and the networked is running xp, i cant seem to get this to work as the printer is connected via lpt1 serial port and obviously the Xp station is lanned, please help in step by step laymon terms aas i am not a dill but i cant crack it

Hi all is this post in the wrong site as it seems there is no one that knows how to do this, would there be someone that would know where i could go to get this info as the boy has assignments to do and it is a head ache i would love to fix, any assistance would be greatly appreciated
