You may have simply seen a bad or incomplete download where a fresh copy may simply go right on for you. What type of error are you seeing?
 
Thanks i think i got it working. I just need to get my cord from my sister to set it up. I was trying to open the wrong execution file.

That doesn't help clicking on the wrong file and not having the cord present. :eek: :P At least you will seeing working however.
