Printer Tray Installation

I have an HP LazerJet 4200 dtn printer. It wont pull up the paper in tray 3, which is the legal paper. In properties, it states that tray 3 & 4 are not instaled.
I need the printer to print from tray 3 - the legal paper tray.
Please help.

Go into the control panel, under printers and faxes. Right click on the printer, properties, device settings tab. Play around in there, and that should fix it.

Have you tried printing a configuration page from the printer's control panel itself? (Located in Information -> Print Configuration) If the configuration page does not have those trays listed, then there is something wrong with either the trays or printer itself. Otherwise, see if there are some newer drivers for the printer available, as there could be a software conflict with something else on the computers...

You didn't mention this, but I assume it was working properly before?
