Hi all,
I was going to say that the printer doesn't print yellow, but it actually does - very faintly. It's a Brother MFC-240c and it will print other colors just fine, but for some reason, when it comes to yellow, it balks. When I try to print a block of yellow color, it will print yellow lines or a very faint (barely perceptible at times) yellow block.
Do ya have any idea what's causing this problem - and what I can do?
I've tried the standard cleaning and the cleaning yellow from the maintence menu (pressing 76 after holding down menu when starting the printer). So far nothing works.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
