Can anyone help! Trying to print a picture off my phone that my mate bluetoothed to me. However everytime i get it on photoshop its really pixelated and dont know what to do. The picture is from a sony 880i i think and my phone is an n95. any ideas???
Like TheMajor said, pictures from a phone are allways going to be a small resolution, this is because phone memory can't hold that much, so having 6MP images on a phone isn't really going to work.
check how far you are zoomed in in photoshop and if you want to resize it try different options like bilinear or bicubic but bicubic smooth is best for enlarging things the picture has been takein with a 3.2megapixle camera so you would be able to print at about 6 by 4 well but any bigger and it will be distorted
the problem with moble phone cameras is that they have very bad cheap lenses made from plastic so all the image quality is lost before the light hits the sensor to be captured
storage inst the problem coz you can get 2gb sandisk cards for your phone now
when you get into photoshop go to image resize at see what size the image is in pixel size and inches size as well so you know how big you can print it
Those pictures are meant for staying on cameras most of the time. You can't really adjust their quality or size and even if u put it on the maximum it wont help because as the others said the hardware for the cameras on phones is cheap and worthless. Sorry
