Private 'youtube' like site? Does it exist?

Is anyone aware of a site, similiar to Youtube, that allows you to upload video, convert it to flash and give you the embed code for your website?
But also, allows you privacy.
I am trying to find a site that has a similiar set up to you tube but will not allow viewers of one video to easily access all the video's I have ever uploaded.
Any ideas/Suggestions?

I basically have a bunch of videos, each different one for different clients. At the moment, the embedding works well, but if they double click the embeded video it directs them to the You tube page. There is then a 'More Videos from this user' section on the right, which allows them to see my other videos easily. Which I don't want.

or...

is there any other service, similiar to Youtube, that allows it's content to be viewed by mobile phones?
Unfortunately at the moment I can only view You Tube videos off my Iphone...

Create multiple accounts and use one for business and use the other for personal. Or create an account on a per-client basis. Unfortunately Youtube has no option to separate these different videos at this time. This can be a problem for those of us who enjoy Youtube to the fullest. But this is also a problem for web-developers to who like to have their portfolio on the same host as some live work they are doing (I do this from time to time)...

Honestly, best recommendation is to stick to Youtube, it has the most support for mobile, etc. Just create a different account for each different project and make sure you keep track of your projects with maybe an Excel spreadsheet or a simple table in Wordpad.
