HI, pals,
I need to seek advice as I encountered problems during the WinXP installation process.
I have formated my hard disk and boot up from my CD rom to install Win XP. The CPU booted up from the CD rom and I was prompted to press Enter to start the installation. However, the following error message from the deadly blue screen after I pressed Enter:
A Problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If thisis the first time you have seen the error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps.
Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup utilities. Check your hard disk configurationadn check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard disk corruption, then restart your computer.
