Problem after upgrade

I just upgraded a compaq with a new cpu and mobo, and after i got everything back together i can get it to turn on, the compaq had some wierd power button/led connector so i took all the wires out of it and just guessed were the go on the mobo, i tried every possiblity of where they could of gone but nothing, so i ripped the power button out of another case and tried it but still couldnt get it to work...

the mobo is a FIC AU31 , any ideas of what to do?
 
i thought i tried every possible combination for the switchs but i couldnt get it to turn on:( and i downloaded the manual and it just said the power connector goes on "whatever that area is called on the mobo w/ the pins" it didnt show a pic or nothing...

ahh...I just said screw this and i put another mobo in there, thanks for trying to help tho;)
