problem in bios

i have a photon pf1 motherboard and phoenix bios, it tells me warning cpu change please change cmos, so i press del and go into bios to do this, everything goes fine until i get to save and exit it will not allow me to save and exit it jus stays on that dialogue box i can ctrl+alt+del so the keyboard isnt freezing its jus bein a arse so can someone please tell me whats goin on here???
 
try to just reset the cmos by taking the battery out and unpluggint he comp...wait like 10 mins, put batt bakc in and see if it works.
 
just tried this and still no luck, is v strange ive never had this problem before, "save to cmos and exit" but i cant get no further than that
 
you have to go to the manufacturer site and download the bios for your mobo, then you gotta download the program named winflash
