Problem loading Windows

I get a strange problem sometimes when starting the computer (pentium 4 3.2gig 512mb ram xp home sp2). I get the blue screen with "windows has shut down to protect the comp" or something, and the error STOP 0XC0000005, 0X00000000, 0XF895D384, 0XF895D080. On restart it goes to the safemode screen, and windows starts normally. This doesn't happen every time, but its happened twice in the last two days. Any ideas?

This error is called a stop error... There is a good explanation here.. and ways of fixing it..

Your STOP code begins with a 0x5 (0XC0000005) code which is a INVALID_PROCESS_ATTACH_ATTEMPT
