Problem. need help

aparently access to my task manager hasbeen disabled by my administrator.
the problem with that is....I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR and i own the computer...
its some form of spywear im sure of that. i got several virus alerts at the same time and several programs trying to access the internet all at once while browsing what turned out to be an infected site.
so my first request is for someone to tell me how to identify and remove the problem and regain access to MY computer.

After you go through the steps in the "Basic Virus/spyware removal" sticky. Please follow these guidelines and post a HijackThis log. We will need that in order to get your computer completely back to normal.
