Problem- random restarts

I just built myself a nice, new comp:

P35-DS3R
Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0GHz
Zalman 9700
Antec True Power 650 W
4 GB RAM (4x1GB)
Nvidia GEforce 8800GTS
Antec 900 case
Windows XP Pro

Been running flawlessly for the past couple days. Runs Counterstrike Source on highest settings without breaking a sweat.

But in the past 30 mins it has randomly restarted twice now. Got an error message when it booted back up about the sysdata.xml and something about a memory dump I believe. I have upgraded my BIOS, downloaded latest drivers, and automatic update has been hard at work in the past couple days. My cpu stays anywhere from 17C-25C when browsing internet/messing around on steam so it is not due to overheating of the CPU. Both times it restarted I was looking around on steam, although the second time I plugged in some headphones which brought up the Realtek HD Audio Manager and it restarted a couple seconds after.

I am suspecting my PSU, but don't have much of a clue on how to find out. Any thoughts?

On a new build I have to suspect a driver error or need to create a custom sized swap file and deletion of the sysdata.xml file as well as reviewing the event viewer and taking notes on any error information like seen on a BSOD. One guide for debugging this XP Pro particular error is seen at http://groups.google.com/group/alt....read/b44e7febde1a90f3/c2adb5db2b9a3b93?&hl=en

With onboard seeing the Realtek name mentioned and Steam together? That itself sounds like a recipe' for disaster. More complaints and problems are heard on that make of audio chip for onboard then any other. For gaming you would most likely want to consider a Creative, Diamond, or Turtle Beach pci model.
