Problem sending email to one particular address

Hi,
I use a ntlworld.com address and my wife uses a yahoo.co.uk.addresses I can receive emails from her but cannot reply or send her emails. I can send emails to everyone else (including friends with yahoo.co.uk addresses) without any problem. I just cannot send a message to my wife's email address. Weird!
