Problem when starting an old PC...

I have this message at the start...

"PXE-E61 Media test failure, check cable"
"PXE-M0F Exiting PXE"

When I go into the CMOS, the date is counting very fast... What could be the cause?

i had a look on google. Some other people seem to have had this problem as well. Common solution seemed to be checking the boot order in bios and ensuring that the hdd was boot first, maybe worth a try
